Exchange Policy

Grand Power

Due to the nature of dietary supplements, our return and exchange policy is limited and subject to the conditions outlined below. Please read carefully before making a purchase.

1. Unopened Products

  • Returns or exchanges can be requested within 10 days from the date of receiving the order.
  • Products must be unopened, sealed, unused, and in their original condition.
  • This applies to all dietary supplements (Whey Protein – Carbs – Creatine).
  • Shipping costs for returns or exchanges are borne by the customer.

2. Opened Products (Whey Protein / Carbs)

  • Returns or exchanges can be requested within 24 hours from the date of receiving the order.
  • Requests are accepted only if there is a valid reason.
  • No returns or exchanges are accepted if more than 2 scoops have been used.
  • Any abuse of the policy will result in rejection of the request.
  • Photo or video proof may be requested when necessary.
  • Flavor changes for opened products are not allowed during promotional periods or discounts.
  • Shipping costs are borne by the customer.

3. Opened Products (Creatine)

Returns or exchanges can be requested within 24 hours of receiving the order only if the product is defective.

Requests are not accepted if:

  • More than 2 scoops have been used.
  • The silica gel pack has been removed.
  • The product has been stored improperly or water has entered the container (this is the customer’s responsibility).

General Conditions

  • Returns or exchanges must be made by the same person who placed the order.
  • Contact us first before returning any product to receive instructions.
  • We reserve the right to refuse any request that does not comply with the policy conditions.
  • All return and exchange fees are borne by the customer.

Non-Returnable Products

  • Discounted items or items on promotion.
  • Gift cards.
  • Any opened product that does not meet the above conditions.

Damages or Errors

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the order.

We will evaluate the issue and take the appropriate action as quickly as possible.

Refunds

Once the product is received and inspected, the customer will be notified of approval or rejection.

If approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days.
