Delivery Time

• Cairo and Giza: 1–3 business days.
• Other governorates: 2–5 business days.

Shipping Fees

• Shipping fees are calculated during checkout before payment.
• Shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases of error on our part.

Shipping Delays

• If any unexpected delay occurs, we will contact the customer as soon as possible.
• We are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping company or force majeure events.

Order Receipt

• Please ensure your shipping address and phone number are correct before confirming your order.
• If the customer cannot be contacted or refuses to receive the order, round-trip shipping costs will be borne by the customer.
• After receiving the order, the customer is responsible for storing products correctly.

Damaged Products During Shipping
